It's an emotional smack in the face when you find yourself in this situation, especially with my dad there and knowing where the journey will start. Randi Naccarato took her time explaining the numbers and options for both of my parents. She understood that the process is not an easy one and took the time to guide us through it.

All the employees there were kind, courteous, and very respectful of our wishes for my mother's funeral. If I had a question, they were there to answer it. They kept me informed about when the headstone would arrive. The grounds are well kept. Thank you for everything you did to make things run smoothly during a very difficult time in our lives.
